EFEN´s Smart Grid Interfaces allow the convenient collection of data on site within the switchgear cabinet. Thanks to its compact design, the Smart Grid Interface can be retrofitted into any cabinet. Metering data can be transmitted conveniently via GSM modem. The system collects the data of various line outputs and optionally can be equipped with a graphic display to provide customized solutions for smart-grid operation.

NH Fuse-Switches Horizontal Design

All switches from size 000, the smallest NH Fuse-Switch, horizontal design, currently available on the market, to size 3. NH Surge Protection Rail

The changes in the power supply grid demand increased protection against overvoltage due to an increased use of measuring devices. Overvoltage can be caused by internal factors (e.g. switching operations) as well as external (e.g. lightning strike).

SGIM Light

The transparency of energy flows in the distribution grid is decisive for grid stability in the smart grid. The current grid status values must be combined as needed due to the strongly fluctuating energy flows of volatile energy generators, as well as higher consumption peaks for charging processes with increasing e-mobility, in order to smartly link supply and demand.

Ensuring the function of the distribution grid, as well as cost-optimized structural adjustments by the distribution grid operators, requires continuous measurement and monitoring of the dynamic loads in the distribution grids. With our Smart Grid Interface Module (SGIM) Light, we at EFEN offer a space-saving option for simple retrofitting or new installation.

Thus, you are future-proofed for any new requirements of your grid. With a simple "Click and Fix" system the SGIM Light can be mounted directly on our E³-NH vertically designed fuse switches sizes 1-3 without any major wiring effort.
